Elite Consulting provides a turnkey solution to assist clients in the acquisition, development of a multiple story office building and car wash facility similar to our existing location in Clermont, Florida.

A thorough site investigation is conducted to determine traffic flow analysis and market research to identify suitable locations to establish an Elite Mega Wash Complex.

Elite Consulting will assist in obtaining financing and negotiation of terms for the acquisition and provide development assistance to oversee the design and construction and development of the project. Our professional team will also engage with contractors, architects, engineers and other professionals necessary to develop the project, including obtaining necessary zoning and permits. The fee for such services is five percent (5%) of the total acquisition and development costs, payable in three installments. Clients who desire to engage the services of Elite Consulting will enter into a separate Consulting Agreement and a Confidentiality Agreement with the Company.
